Refund Policy

BunnyEra LLC provides digital business services. This policy explains how refund requests are handled for service-based work.
1. Digital service nature
Our services are primarily custom digital work, including research, content, website copy, templates, and workflow support. Once work has started, time and service resources may already be consumed.
2. Refund eligibility
A refund may be considered if work has not started, if a duplicate payment was made, or if BunnyEra LLC cannot provide the agreed service. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when possible.
3. Non-refundable cases
Completed services, delivered custom materials, approved drafts, completed research work, and work delayed due to missing customer information are generally non-refundable.
4. Revisions before refund
If a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, we may first offer reasonable revisions. Refunds are reviewed case by case based on the project scope, work completed, and communication records.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@bunnyerapro.com with your name, company, invoice/order reference, payment date, and reason for the request.
