1. Services

BunnyEra LLC provides digital business services based on the agreed project scope. Deliverables may include written content, research summaries, website copy, workflow documentation, templates, and operational support materials.

2. Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate business information, lawful project requirements, and necessary materials. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables before publication or commercial use.

3. Prohibited use

Customers may not use our services for illegal products, fraud, deceptive marketing, restricted financial activities, intellectual property infringement, malware, spam, or other unlawful or harmful activity.

4. Payments

Fees, payment timing, and service scope are agreed before work begins. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers or bank transfer channels. Customer payment obligations remain subject to the agreed invoice or order terms.

5. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included only when they relate to the original agreed scope. New requirements, major direction changes, or additional deliverables may require a new quote.

6. Intellectual property

After full payment, customers may use final approved deliverables for their business. BunnyEra LLC may retain internal methods, templates, know-how, and non-customer-specific workflow structures.

7. No regulated financial service

BunnyEra LLC does not provide banking, money transmission, investment advice, securities services, crypto exchange, or payment processing services.
